Stricter Penalties for Parking Violations

Dear Business Partners,

Due to the ongoing investment projects within our mill, the number of people in the mill is increasing, and consequently, so is the number of vehicles. Therefore, it is crucial to adhere to the rules for entry, movement, and parking of vehicles.

To ensure order and safety in the mill, penalties for violating parking rules and other vehicle movement regulations have been tightened. In case of incorrect parking, traffic sign violations, and non-compliance with vehicle movement principles as defined by the Road Traffic Act, including blocking the passage of emergency vehicles, the driver's entry permit will be revoked upon the first offense.

To remind you, here are the basic rules for entry and parking within the mill:

Entry and movement within the mill

• only the driver is allowed in the vehicle passing through the entry gate (in any direction)
• the vehicle's space and trunk must be empty to facilitate physical inspection upon exit
  only necessary items are allowed in the vehicle - e.g., child seat, medical aids, personal handbag/bag, laptop bag; packages, boxes, large unorganized bags, etc., are prohibited
• the trunk inspection is conducted on every vehicle upon exit
• when entering with items in the trunk, use the Material and Tool Export Form, filled out before entering the premises. Confirmation will be obtained upon entry
• mobile phone communication during driving can only be conducted using a "Hands-Free" kit
• in accordance with applicable laws, occupants of vehicles must use seat belts
• the maximum allowed speed within the mill is 30 km/h

Parking

• is allowed only in designated areas
• parked vehicles must not obstruct the passage of fire and rescue vehicles on roads and access to all building and operational objects
• vehicles must not stand in designated blue zones intended for pedestrians
• vehicles must not stand in areas marked as assembly points in case of evacuation
• A card with the driver's contact information must be placed behind the window of each vehicle
